Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of ClickCrit, including private projects, generated thumbnail candidates, Credits, subscriptions, and one-time purchases.

Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Version: 2026-09-10

Who operates ClickCrit

ClickCrit is a service operated by Haoverse, an individual trading as ClickCrit, located in Hong Kong (“ClickCrit”, “we”, “us”). ClickCrit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@clickcrit.com.

Your account

You may use ClickCrit only where doing so is lawful and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account with another person.

Your Inputs and generated Outputs

“Inputs” means the project details, prompts, reference images, characters, and other material you submit. “Outputs” means images and other material generated for you through the service.

As between you and ClickCrit, you retain your rights in the Inputs. You grant ClickCrit a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Inputs only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClickCrit does not claim ownership of your Outputs and assigns to you any rights ClickCrit may have in them. This assignment is subject to applicable law and any rights or restrictions imposed by the image-generation provider or an underlying model provider. Outputs may not be unique, and ClickCrit does not guarantee that copyright exists in an Output, that an Output will not resemble third-party material, or that every commercial use is permitted. You are responsible for reviewing Inputs and Outputs and obtaining any rights needed for your intended use.

Acceptable use

You may not use ClickCrit to:

  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • create, upload, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material;
  • impersonate another person or falsely imply affiliation, approval, or endorsement;
  • create or distribute sexual content involving minors;
  • bypass Credits, rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements;
  • probe, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or introduce malicious code into the service; or
  • use the service in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use your Inputs. You remain responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing or using them.

Private materials, generation, and deletion

Inputs, Outputs, and editing or export assets are not made public to other ClickCrit users by default. They are retained by ClickCrit for up to 30 days and may be deleted earlier when you delete a project or asset. ClickCrit is not an archival storage service.

When you start a generation, ClickCrit sends instructions and a short-lived signed reference-image URL to an image-generation provider, which may use an underlying model provider. Provider processing and retention are described in the Privacy Notice.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

A standard four-candidate Thumbnail Pack uses 4 Credits and a regeneration uses 1 Credit. Current plans, prices, included Credits, expiration rules, and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page. The price, currency, tax treatment, plan, and billing interval shown in Stripe Checkout and your order confirmation control your purchase.

Taxes are not calculated by ClickCrit at checkout.

Creator and Studio subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe charges the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. You can cancel through the ClickCrit Billing page and Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect on the date displayed by Stripe, and no further renewal charge will be made after it becomes effective.

If upgrades or downgrades are available, Stripe will show the effective date and any prorated charge or credit before you confirm. We may change future prices or plan contents by giving reasonable advance notice by email or a prominent in-service notice. A price change will not retroactively change a completed one-time purchase.

Credits are added only after ClickCrit receives a verified Stripe event. Credit expiration, failed-generation returns, cancellations, refunds, renewals, disputes, and eligibility are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud, security risk, non-payment, or a material violation of these Terms. We may terminate access for a confirmed material violation. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue unless immediate action is reasonably needed to protect users, ClickCrit, a provider, or another person.

During an investigation, unused paid Credits remain recorded but may be temporarily unavailable. If an account is terminated for a material violation, unused paid Credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory refund and consumer rights still apply.

If ClickCrit permanently ends the paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and either provide a reasonable period to use unexpired paid Credits or refund the unused, unexpired paid Credits associated with eligible purchases.

ClickCrit intellectual property

ClickCrit and its licensors own the service, including its brand, logo, software, source code, interface, design system, documentation, and original site content, excluding your Inputs and Outputs. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ClickCrit intellectual property to you.

Service availability and disclaimers

ClickCrit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, permanent storage, unique or legally protectable Outputs, or any increase in clicks, CTR, revenue, or game performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClickCrit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or an Output. ClickCrit's total liability for all claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid ClickCrit during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by email or a prominent in-service notice before the change takes effect where practicable. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the service and cancel any subscription before the changes take effect.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
